JPMS Miami collects only the information needed to respond to inquiries and to manage properties on behalf of owners. We do not sell personal information.
What we collect
When you submit a contact form we collect your name, email address, phone number and message. Resident portal activity is recorded so that we can serve you and resolve disputes. Payment and identity data for leases and vendor payouts is processed by the payment providers named in your agreement, not stored on this site.
How we use it
To respond to inquiries, to manage the property you have asked us to manage, to meet legal and accounting obligations, and to protect our systems from abuse. We retain inquiry records only as long as they remain commercially relevant.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising cookies. If the resident portal is enabled, a session cookie is required to keep you signed in; it is an HttpOnly cookie scoped to the portal.
Your choices
You may ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete an inquiry record we no longer need to keep. Contact us using the details on the contact page.
