Service Details and Responsibilities

Management services are provided under a written management agreement that defines the scope of services, fees, and the responsibilities of both parties. Nothing on this site creates a management agreement; the signed agreement governs.

Rights and Liabilities of Both Parties

Owners retain title to their property and the right to reasonable access and reporting. JPMS Miami manages operations within the agreed scope, maintains vendor relationships, and reports on performance. Liability is governed by the management agreement and applicable law.
